FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE

When you walk up to our doors, you will receive lots of smiles and hugs. If you have kids, you can go to the Breakthrough Generations Desk and check them into Youth Church where they will have a blast. Be sure to grab a free hot cup of coffee and head into the gymnasium for service to begin promptly on time.

WHEN AND WHERE ARE YOUR SERVICES

Services are held on Sunday morning at 10am, and on Wednesday nights at 7pm. Sunday Services are held at James Jackson Elementary School, 7711 Mt Zion Blvd, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Wednesday night services are held at 2316 Lake Harbin Road, Morrow, GA 30260.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR

You should not stress about what to wear to Breakthrough Worship Center of Hope; we are a church for all people. You will feel at home whether you are wearing your favorite jeans or a suit.

WHAT IS A TYPICAL SERVICE LIKE

Breakthrough Worship Center is an engaging, dynamic atmosphere geared towards ministering to your entire family. There is a live band and singers that lead in J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) worship, and a life transforming message is taught by Pastors Dwight and DeAnna. The entire service lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes. So that you won’t feel rushed, we do recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before the service so that you have time to enjoy coffee and get settled in.

WHAT IS THERE FOR MY KIDS

We have an awesome youth ministry called Breakthrough Generations. They use the award winning AWANA curriculum. We love for our youth to join us during the J.A.M. part of our services, then they are dismissed into youth church. We have created a fun and safe environment for them by implementing our kids’ check-in and check-out system. You can make checking your kids in fast!

HOW CAN I GET CONNECTED

Breakthrough Worship Center is all about connecting with God and each other. There are four main ways to get connected: Attend a service, Attend a Growth Track Session, Join a Care Group and Volunteer with a Dream Team. If you haven’t already, take the first step and simply join us for a service.
